The Catania Consulting Group, Inc., doing business as Catania Gaming Consultants (CGC), offers a full service international gaming consultancy. Frank Catania, President and principal of CGC, is an attorney and partner in the New Jersey law firm of Catania & Ehrlich, P.C.  Mr. Catania’s expertise stems from his years of service as Assistant Attorney General and Director of the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement, an internationally recognized gaming regulatory agency responsible forinvestigating and prosecuting all licensing, civil regulatory and criminal matters involving the New Jersey casino industry. Gary Ehrlich

Gary Ehrlich, Vice President and principal of CGC, is an attorney licensed in New Jersey and New York. His expertise with casino gaming stems from his many years of service as an Assistant Attorney General and Deputy Director of the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement. In that capacity, he either supervised or handled personally many significant casino licensing and regulatory investigations, as well as important litigation and appeals before the New Jersey Casino Control Commission and state and federal courts including the United States Supreme Court. Joseph M. Kelly

Joseph M. Kelly, Ph.D., J.D., is a Professor of Business Law at State College at Buffalo, and an associate of CGC. He is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Nevada, and Wisconsin.  Professor Kelly is co-editor of the Gaming Law Review and Economics, a leading gaming law journal. He is considered an expert in the field of gaming, having lectured on various gaming topics worldwide. His law review publications have been cited as authority by federal and state courts in the United States.

Toni Cowan

Toni Cowan is an attorney licensed in New Jersey, Nevada, and Pennsylvania. Her expertise is in state gaming compliance, Internet gaming issues, and federal Indian gaming compliance. Her experience stems from her many years of public service as a Senior Attorney at the New Jersey Casino Control Commission, and the Nevada Attorney General’s Office, Division of Gaming, and as Staff Attorney at the National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC).

Keith Furlong

Keith Furlong serves as Vice President and principal of CGC.  He also serves as the Deputy Director of the Interactive Gaming Council (IGC), a trade association established to promote strict government regulation and fair and responsible trade guidelines in the interactive gaming industry. Prior to joining CGC, he was employed by the MWW Group, where he served the firm's Trenton, New Jersey-based clients.

Bob DeLuca

Mr. DeLuca has 27 years of law enforcement experience, having retired from the New Jersey State Police as a Lieutenant. As an officer, Mr. DeLuca was the supervisor of the Applicant Investigation Unit in the EEO/AA Bureau. Prior to this assignment, he was the supervisor of the Records & ID Section for the Division of Gaming Enforcement/ Casino Gaming Bureau. In addition, Mr. DeLuca has vast experience as a detective, conducting and supervising all types of investigations.
